Action Ag, where your business is not an afterthought.

When it comes to grains, we don't just want to be your last call. We want to be your only call.

COMPETITIVE PAY

In our time working for the world’s largest grain companies, it was easy to see that the people from where we called home were being underserved and treated as an afterthought by the “big boys.” Not only did we think farmers were often not paid a fair price and generally used & abused, but end users who depended on timely execution and quality were also got less than they should’ve expected.

We promise you there’s a better way.

And the only thing that kept both the producer and user from getting the service they deserved was that someone had to care enough to serve them well. Our company has built a sterling reputation as a grain company that understands how important producers, users and shippers are to its success and treats them as such.

Our History.

Action Ag was founded in 2021 by Andrew Jackson.

After learning from some of the best in the grain and feed industry for over a decade, he sought to serve an area of the country that was underserved and often neglected - the South.

Combining his childhood farming background with his experience in education, commodity trading, feed manufacturing, logistics, and customer service, this was a natural fit as evidenced by the company's growth and loyal customer base of both buyers and sellers.

About Action Ag

Born and raised a Kentucky farmboy, Andrew understands the Kentucky markets and its farm operations better than most. Action Ag aims to give you the best bids and the industry’s best accounting and customer service.

Our hours aren’t 9-5 M-F. We do our best to plan so that problems never occur, but on the rare occasion that there is an issue, we do what it takes to make the problem go away.

We cater to the KY and southern farmer, a professional often neglected by the rest of the industry.

We also treat our vendors right, truckers for example. We pay fair rates that allow them to stay in business and in a timely manner. We don’t operate on their money.
